Inject your small business with a 4 week intensive small group mentoring program. Once a week for 1hour along with five other small business owners, you will cover key elements in running a successful small business with Founder & Mentor Amanda Rose.

Week one: Business strategy

Understand how to plan for the future whilst knowing what to keep and what to cut today. Identify and remove any barriers.

Week two: Online Marketing

Building followers, engagement and sales. We cover off the many ways to build your business online including social media, website, SEO and even TikTok.

Week three: Dealing with people

Staff, contractors, suppliers, customers and clients. How to deal with conflict and how to leverage the people around you.

Week four: Packaging and pricing

How to price what you do or what you sell and other sales strategies along with ‘how to sell’ without being pushy.
